Lawrence, Blackburn, Meek, Maxey & Co., P.C. was established in 1965 in Beaumont, Texas. Our firm has a long history of continued and expanded services to our clients. Our firm provides accounting, tax, management advisory, and other professional services to a wide range of clients throughout Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. This allows us to "network" with other professionals regarding auditing, accounting, tax, and other related problems we have in common. We are committed to continuing education in all areas of our practice.

Maintaining High Practice Standards
We are members of the Quality Review Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This Quality Review Section requires certain quality control procedures to be in effect in order to maintain membership within the group. We have complied with these requirements and continually endeavor to maintain a high quality of practice standards in all areas of our public accounting practice.

Lawrence, Blackburn, Meek, Maxey & Co., P.C. has seventeen employees, and includes three shareholders/CPAs, ten professional and para-professionals, and four support and administrative staff. The collective experience of these individuals in dealing with the variety of challenges, which confront business in all segments of the local economy, is our most valuable asset.

Since 1965, we have been providing the full spectrum of accounting services to our clients, and due to our steady growth over the years, we can provide these services to the largest of entities while still maintaining the personal one-to-one relationship which instills confidence in our ability to satisfy the individual concerns of our clients.
